What hard cider is

Hard cider is apple juice that has been fermented, so it contains alcohol, and then carbonated. It is made from apples, not grain, so it has none of the bitterness of hops.

The three ciders

Apple. Pure apple. Fermented and unfermented apple juice for a naturally sweet, refreshing finish.

Pineapple. Beautifully ripe Vietnamese pineapples over the clean apple base. Bright and tropical.

Berries. All-natural mulberries, raspberries and strawberries, bursting with berry flavour and aroma.

How we make it

Five steps, from orchard to can: picked, pressed, fermented, carbonated and packaged. Quality apples come from South Africa and Israel and are naturally fermented for up to six weeks with a special cider yeast. Pineapple and Berries are then blended with fresh fruit from Da Lat gardens. Every batch is made and quality-assured by East West Brewing Co., with no preservatives, colouring or artificial flavours.
