How Da Lat Cider is made
Five steps, from orchard to can, and every batch made and quality-assured by East West Brewing Co.

Every can of Da Lat Cider goes through the same five steps, from orchard to can. Every batch is made and quality-assured by East West Brewing Co.
1. Picked
Quality apples are sourced from South Africa and Israel, chosen for the right acidity and tannin.
2. Pressed
The apples are crushed and pressed into pure juice.
3. Fermented
The juice is naturally fermented for up to six weeks with a special cider yeast. For Pineapple and Berries, it is then blended with fresh fruit from Da Lat gardens.
4. Carbonated
The cider is carbonated for a fresh sparkle.
5. Packaged
Finally it is sealed into 330ml bottles and cans, ready to enjoy.
What is not in it
No preservatives, no colouring and no artificial flavours. A little natural sediment from the yeast and the real fruit is normal.
All three flavours are 4.6% ABV. Meet the ciders, or find out where to buy.
